We do not sell your information or your callers' information to any third party. We do not use it for advertising purposes.

4. Text Messaging and TCPA Compliance

All text messages sent through the Aligned Impact platform are sent only to individuals who have provided verbal consent during their intake call. Every message includes a clear opt-out instruction. 5. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored using encrypted storage. We take reasonable and appropriate technical measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period you have active service with us and may be deleted upon request.

4. TCPA Compliance Responsibility

Aligned Impact builds compliance infrastructure into its platform including consent collection, opt-out handling, and timestamp logging. However, as the business of record, you are ultimately responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with TCPA requirements applicable to your industry and state. 5. Payments and Billing

Pricing for Aligned Impact services is custom and agreed upon in writing before service begins. Payment terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for non-payment. Refund eligibility is governed by your specific service agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Aligned Impact website including text, graphics, logos, and software is owned by Aligned Impact or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Call transcripts, intake forms, and data generated from your business's calls belong to you. We do not claim ownership over your business data.

7. Limitation of Liability

Aligned Impact provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure uptime and accuracy, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aligned Impact will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including missed calls, lost business, or data errors. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in your individual agreement. Upon termination, you will retain access to your data for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in that policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.
